The Taiten frying pan with OPTIHEAT(TM) technology is made from 100% recycled quality aluminum which distributes the heat extremely well. The revolutionary OPTIHEAT(TM) technology prevents the pan from overheating on induction tops by demagnetising when the product reaches 230 degrees so that the coating lasts longer. The plastic-free Ceratec™ coating gives the surface superb non-stick properties, making it perfect for cooking with dairy products such as milk and cream. The Energy Base optimizes the bottom of the product, and heats up 50% faster through this. It also provides better temperature control, and is 30% energy-saving on ceramic hobs. With a classic, ergonomic handle and lid in stainless steel, the product has a timeless design that fits just as well on the table as on the hob. Can be used on all hobs, including induction, as well as in the oven up to 270°C. Finnish design and manufactured in Finland. Easy to recycle.
