Granholmen 28 cm sauté pan is made with three layers: stainless steel with an aluminum core and no non-stick coating. This means there are no chemicals that pose health risks when cooking at high temperatures. The pan is also oven safe up to 230°C. As a bonus, it’s dishwasher safe. The aluminum core ensures optimal heat distribution across the entire pan. The black high-gloss handle is made of PVD-coated stainless steel. A stainless steel pan without non-stick treatment has a significantly longer lifespan than one with coating — about 10 to 20 times longer!
