Norden Paring knife 10cm

The knives in the Fiskars Norden series are made of the best materials. Nordens Grønnsakkniv is perfect for cutting, slicing and processing fruit and vegetables. The blade is made of high-quality German steel with a high carbon content, which ensures superb performance and long-lasting sharpness. The edge of the blade is ground at an angle of 26˚, which is optimal for this type of knife. The handles of the knives are made of heat-treated birch, which makes the knives both very comfortable to work with, but also aesthetically beautiful. The hardness of the blade is HRC +/- 55. We recommend hand washing the Norden knives. The heat-treated beech handle on Fiskars Norden knives gives them an aesthetic Nordic look.
