Monte cast iron pot 1.9 L Burgundy

A beautiful saucepan from the Monte series. Due to the excellent heat capacity of cast iron, this is ideal for sauces, soups or baking. It also has a thick base, so the contents do not burn easily. It has a black enamel interior with larger pores and a slightly rougher surface. Over time, the pores fill with oil and a non-stick patina forms just as with raw cast iron. Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
